This phase involves the construction and installation of the concrete footings, inground services, and the ground slab. This provides the base for the structure.

This involves the construction of the main framework of the building, such as columns, beams, floors and walls. It often involves the installation of the primary structural system like lift shafts and stairwells. At this point, the building’s shape and outline start to take form.

This includes all works crucial to enclosing the raw structure, and preparing it to become a liveable space. External glazing, facade elements and treatments, and all building services are installed, e.g. plumbing, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning and fire safety systems.

Now that the building is enclosed, the final phase includes finishing the ceilings and walls, installing joinery, flooring finishes and painting. Once finished, the building is complete and ready to move in.
